Everything in This Creator Revenue Workbook
Your Creator Business at a Glance
Open the dashboard and see the year. Year revenue, last month, average month, and biggest source share sit on the top row. Audience size, YouTube YoY growth, sponsor booked, and stage-weighted sponsor pipeline sit beneath. A banner names the year total and the biggest source.
- 8 KPI cards covering revenue, audience, and sponsors
- Banner names the year total and the biggest source
- Monthly revenue and revenue-by-source charts
Five Sources, Twelve Months
A grid with 5 source rows (platform ads, sponsorships, affiliate, digital products, paid community) and 12 month columns. Each cell is a number you can edit. Row totals sum to a per-source annual total, column totals sum to a monthly total, and both roll into the grand total.
- 5 source rows × 12 month columns = 60 input cells
- Row, column, and grand totals all auto-summed
- Sponsorship lumps and ad smoothing handled by design
Followers, Growth, and RPM
One row per channel (YouTube, Instagram, X, Newsletter, TikTok) with current followers, monthly growth percent, and RPM in dollars - revenue per 1,000 views or uses. Total audience sums at the bottom and feeds the dashboard.
- Per-channel followers, monthly growth %, RPM
- Total audience sums across all channels
- Edit channels - rename, add, or remove rows
Sponsor Pipeline by Stage
One row per deal with sponsor name, stage, value, and air date. Stage probabilities (Lead 10%, Proposal 35%, Negotiating 65%, Booked 100%, Lost 0%) drive a weighted column. Totals at the bottom roll into the dashboard, and the stage cell color-codes Booked green and Lost red.
- Sponsor, stage, value, air date, weighted value
- Stage weights: Lead 10%, Proposal 35%, Negotiating 65%, Booked 100%
- Booked and Lost stages color-code automatically
12-Month Subscriber Trend
A 12-month subscriber snapshot row per channel. Year-over-year growth equals latest minus first divided by first, calculated for each row. The dashboard pulls the YouTube YoY growth directly from this sheet.
- 12 monthly subscriber snapshots per channel
- YoY growth = (latest - first) / first
- Add a row per channel - YouTube pre-seeded
Two Charts on the Dashboard
A column chart shows total revenue by month so seasonality is visible. A second column chart shows year revenue by source so concentration risk is visible. Both pull from the Revenue Streams totals and update as you type.
- Monthly revenue column chart
- Revenue by source column chart
- Both update from the Revenue Streams totals
